I believe that a big part about Blogging is soliciting new ideas, generating conversation, and of course, promoting cycling to the masses. That’s really what Cyclemania.ca is all about.

With the above comments in mind, we are always happy when someone with a different background, physical location, and perhaps, varying opinions about cycling volunteers to BLOG for us.

Meet Philippe. He lives & cycles in Quebec City. For those of you who are unaware, Quebec City is the oldest city in North America – having just celebrated the 400th anniversary of its founding. It is also an awesome place to cycle (when it’s not Winter!).
