I should have known that real life translates through to BLOGGING. What started as “Honey, let’s repaint the baseboards” turned into “Les, this room is really ugly; let’s renovate.”. Sound familiar? We have changed our theme completely. One of the things that really bugged us abut our old layout was that the “Comments” were at the bottom. Now everything is on top. Plus we have added “bread crumbs”. Helen (Who knows more than I ever will about this stuff) tells me that we need bread crumbs so that people can navigate easily through the site. I believe her… and now we have ‘em!
You may need to clear your Browsers cache so that the new versus old layout shows up on your screen.
Let us know what you think about our new design (positive or negative).

New design is great!! Navigation tool at the top right is great! Would be cool to replace the part under the new navagation tool with a random photo album or something like this as this part simply repeat what the Nav. Tool show!
Great job!
@ Padraig: Thanks for the feedback.
@ Philippe: Thanks also. We agree about the photo Album. We are actually planning on having a few: random bikes – random people on bikes – random cycling scenery.
The tags are a bit overwhelming. It would be better to have less. But apart from that clear and easy to navigate
@ Tejvan: Good point. It’s a challenge for us (Tags) as we want to create a system whereby people can find things not only today, but tomorrow. Because we BLOG on “everything cycling”, the Tag cloud has grown significantly. Is it the volume or color that overwhelms?
